Secure on-line orders
We use SSL certificates to ensure that your transaction is secure. When starting the checkout process, check that the padlock icon appears in your browser and that the address starts with "https:".
Shopping at Aspire Style
If you have specific request or require further information on any of our products, you can contact us here. We'll then try to respond with 24 hours.
Prices and delivery
The prices for any products will be as quoted on our website, prices include VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs are not included but will be calculated based on weight when you checkout.
Orders are sent 1st Class using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service and will be posted within two working days after the order has been placed. If for any reason your delivery will take any longer to arrive we will contact you.
If you want guaranteed next day delivery please contact us on 01789 261 669 or e-mail shop@aspirestyle.co.uk as there will be an extra charge. This service is only available Monday to Friday, between 10am and 5pm (orders must be placed before 4pm to ensure next day delivery).
International orders
We currently ship to the U.S. (for a flat delivery cost of £11.95, regardless of weight), and to Ireland, France, Germany and Belgium (for a flat delivery cost of £8.95, regardless of weight). If you are interested in ordering from a country other than those listed, please e-mail us at shop@aspirestyle.co.uk with an idea of what you were planning on ordering and we'll get back to you with a postage quote.

Please contact us on 01789 261 669 between 10am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We accept all major credit cards over the phone.
Changing an order
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Please note, this email is only an acknowledgement that your order has been received; all items are subject to availability. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill any part of your order we will email you to let you know that these items have been cancelled.
If you need to make any changes to your order please email or call us on 01789 261 669 so we can make the necessary changes. E-mail shop@aspirestyle.co.uk and include your name and address so your query can be dealt with as efficiently as possible.
