We hope that you love your order so much that you do not want to return it. If you should please note our returns policy below.
Returns policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, providing it has not been worn or used and is in its original packaging.
To return an item, please place the item in its original packaging, include the delivery note and state whether you would like an exchange or refund and the reason for return. If you do not include the delivery note we may be unable to trace your order. Please send all returns to:

We advise that you return things using a recorded delivery for your own protection, we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit.

Faulty goods
If the goods are faulty or being returned due to our error we will refund any costs incurred in returning the items. If the purchase was not faulty we can only refund the cost of the product and not postage.
If the purchase was made by credit card refunds can only be made to the card used originally to make the purchase.
