Returns and refunds

We hope that you love your order so much that you don't want to return it, but if you do, please note our policy below.

Returns policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, providing it has not been worn or used and is in its original packaging.

You are welcome to return or exchange items bought on the website to one of our stores.  Please bring the delivery note with you.  Please note that refunds taken to store will be processed via the website team rather than the store.

To return an item by post, please place the item in its original packaging, include the delivery note, and state whether you would like an exchange or refund and the reason for return.  If you do not include the delivery note we may be unable to trace your order.

We advise that you return using a recorded service for your own protection as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Original delivery charges paid for order are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order in writing within the 7 day cooling-off period or where the goods are faulty.

Unless faulty earrings and underwear are non refundable for hygiene reasons.


Faulty items

If the goods are faulty or being returned due to our error we will refund costs incurred in returning the items.
